Forms

Certain pages on this site include forms (such as baptism information and RCIC inquiry forms). Those forms are processed through our website host, Netlify. Form submissions are delivered to designated parish staff by email and may also be stored in our Netlify account so we can respond to your request. Please only submit information that is needed for the ministry or sacrament you are requesting.

We may collect information that your browser sends when you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This may include your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and similar technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may also process such technical data to deliver and secure the Service.

These providers may receive information necessary to perform their services (for example, form fields you submit, or technical data when a video loads). Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party sites linked from our Service.

We may employ other companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide it on our behalf, or help us analyze how it is used. They have access to Personal Information only to perform those tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
