Holiday Sharing

Description

The purpose of this program is to provide holiday gifts at Christmas and Easter to individuals in need. Hundreds of individuals are assisted each year through local organizations including Catholic Charities, Little City, St. Joseph’s Home for the Elderly, Hopeful Beginnings, Inverness Health and Rehab, and WINGS.

A Back to School Drive for backpacks and school essentials also supports partner agencies serving families with school-aged children. Information is typically posted through Sign Up Genius about six weeks before each holiday, with donations returned approximately two weeks before the holiday.

How It Works

Support for local families and individuals

Holiday Sharing connects Holy Family parishioners with local organizations serving individuals and families in need. Through seasonal drives and coordinated donation efforts, the ministry helps provide meaningful support at Christmas, Easter, and during the back-to-school season.

The ministry continues to be a practical way for our parish community to respond generously and directly to nearby needs.
