Trinity Weekend
We join the universal church in celebrating God’s very identity this weekend. Our belief is that the One True God is made manifest in our midst in an ongoing way as three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The one God has created all, chosen to be one of us, and is active in our lives at all times.
As we both acknowledge and celebrate our Triune God, may we realize God’s presence as we continue our Conversations in the Spirit. Here is a progress report of what we have accomplished and heard in these Conversations thus far:

Overall feedback:
• Most participants have been parishioners for some time. We need to hear more from younger and newer parishioners.
• There is a desire to be more actively engaged in the Mass and ministries and to participate in more parish social activities.
• Shift parish culture from “attend Mass and leave” to “actively engage in Mass, stay, connect and serve.”
• Ensure that every new parishioner feels noticed, welcomed, and personally invited
• Create a culture of more intentional hospitality.
• Grow demographics by engaging children, teens, and young families and offer childcare to facilitate participation.
• Actively promote our many ministries. Create a service structure to enable people to actively participate by sharing their gifts.
• Empower lay people to take on even more responsibilities.
• Continue our focus on service & social justice as a core pillar.
Plans Currently Underway:
• Many suggestions for growth coincide with goals our staff members have already set and begun addressing
• Recognition of life events at Mass (i.e. birthdays and anniversaries)
• Intentional Welcoming process – new team already in place!
• Nursery Coordinator recently hired – nursery to reopen soon!
• Opportunities to engage parishioners – Pentecost – “Come and Serve”
• Narthex screens to share our Holy Family Story
• Enhanced communication on all that Holy Family has to offer
• Recruitment for 9:00 AM Mass Choir Members
• Recruitment for a Parish Youth Minister
• Fuller calendar of Shenanigans Events for 2026-2027
• Spirituality of Rock Music – Wednesday, July 8 at 7:00pm (Not a Mass of Rock)
• Continue Conversations in a simpler and less structured manner

Pentecost Thanks
Thanks to all who helped make our Pentecost Mass so vibrant. A special thank you to our Knights of Columbus for providing such tasty food and so many volunteers and staff who made the serving and eating go so flawlessly.
Tabernacle Renovation
Renovation of the area where the Tabernacle resides will begin Friday, June 19. You will see a rather tall TEMPORARY wall that closes off the construction area so that the old and no longer functional baptismal font can be removed and a new, safer and more reverent display of our Tabernacle and a new statue of Mary will be placed. Construction is scheduled to be complete by the end of August.
