Ministers of Care who are mandated and trained by the Archdiocese of Chicago may bring communion to patients at Ascension St. Alexius Hospital in Hoffman Estates (1555 Barrington Rd.) There is additional hospital training that needs to be completed in order to bring communion to the patients at St. Alexius. All scheduling is done through the hospital staff.
