Enrollment for Faith and Teen Faith Classes for the 2016-2017 school year begins April 1. To do so choose one of the following options:
- Fast track forms will be sent home on April 3 with students. Parents will need to check to make sure the information is correct and return the form to that child’s catechist on April 10 or 17 with a $100.00 deposit.
- Parents can enroll online and submit their form. Registration will be complete upon payment of the $100.00 deposit.
For new students enrollment forms are available in the Narthex and in the Faith Office. Parents are asked to pick one up, fill out the form and return it to the Main Parish Office or the Faith Office OR register on line at www.holyfamilyparish.org. $100.00 deposit is required to complete registration.
