BE MORE is our call to grow—spiritually, personally, and as a parish community. Rooted in prayer, dialogue, and Eucharistic renewal, this movement invites us all to engage more deeply with our faith and one another.

Our goals:
1. Foster belonging – Encourage Mass participation, involvement in ministries, and community life for all ages.
2. Support families – Strengthen family programs, align parish and school missions, and provide childcare for greater adult engagement.
3. Welcome back & reach out – Reconnect with inactive Catholics and offer a spiritual home to seekers.
4. Integrate new members – Create a warm, personal welcome into active parish life.
5. Celebrate life moments – Inspire deeper connection through meaningful sacramental celebrations.
6. Shine outward – Be a source of hope, compassion, and radical inclusion in the wider community.

How we move forward:
A dedicated Leadership Team will guide and track progress through Conversations in the Spirit—a prayerful way of listening, reflecting, and discerning together. This method, inspired by Pope Francis and Ignatian spirituality, helps us hear the Holy Spirit in our shared journey.

Each goal has a team leading small-group conversations across the parish. Your voice matters—these conversations will shape the strategic plan ahead.

Remain in Me Wednesday Evening Events

We are excited to announce our new “Remain in Me” Eucharistic renewal series beginning in January. This series will help our faith community draw closer to Christ in the Eucharist, grow as missionary disciples, and share our faith with others. It will facilitate a process of encounter, understanding, and response to Christ’s abiding presence in the Eucharist.
Based on Cardinal Blase Cupich’s “Take, Bless, Break, Share: A Strategy for Eucharistic Revival,” each session unpacks one of five central themes of our sacramental and liturgical lives through engaging video content, Scripture, individual reflection, and small group discussion. “Remain in Me” sessions will be on Wednesday evenings, January 15, 22, 29 and February 5, 12, 7:00-8:30 PM. Please mark your calendars now. For more information, please contact Mary Whiteside at mwhiteside@holyfamilyparish. org.
