Support for Frontline Caregivers
Wellness Support for those working on the front lines caring for others during this unprecedented pandemic (18+ years). Thursdays, 6- 7:30 p.m. No charge, but registration is required. Visit namimchenrycounty.org

 The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of Greater Chicago has started a great lineup of speakers and activities via the Zoom video communications app. We hope you’ll join us!

 NAMI Walks: Thursdays, 11 a.m.
We will meet at Falcon Park in Palatine, and even though we have to stay 6 feet from each other, we will see each other, shout hello and get outside. Call Lorri at (815) 575-3106 or Noel at (617) 921-6355 for more information.
