Description
Faith formation program fee covers the costs of craft materials, class workbooks, class events, trained catechists and support.
After completing the enrollment form, only one payment per family will be due in payment system.

Families withdrawing from the program must notify the Faith office no later than November 15, 2013.
Non-refundable administrative fees will be withheld of $50 for the 1st child registered and $25 for each additional child.
